Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml mayonnaise
- 250 ml yogurt
- 4 tbsp curry powder
- 5 tbsp peach juice (can)
- 1 tsp stock powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
for curry chicken toast with peach
Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise. Add the curry powder and stock powder to the mixture and mix well. Stir in the salt, pepper, and peach juice and mix well. Let it sit for a while before serving. We like to use this curry sauce on curry chicken toast with cheddar cheese and peaches.
