Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml pineapple juice
  • 2 onions
  • 2 apples
  • 100 ml cream
  • pinch(s) of salt
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp margarine

Instructions

Peel the onions, dice them, and sauté them in the margarine until translucent. Add the peeled and sliced ​​apples and simmer for about 5 minutes. Now add the pineapple juice and bring to a boil. Blend with a hand blender, add the cream, and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add the curry powder and season with salt. This sauce goes well with poultry.
