Simple quark dessert. Kids love it.
Beat the quark, cream, citric acid, vanilla sugar, and cream stiffener in a mixing bowl with a whisk until creamy. Place 1/4 of the mixture onto a flat plate and tap it against the bottom of the plate. This spreads the mixture evenly into an egg white layer. Drain the apricots and press one of them, rounded end up, into the cream. Reserve the rest for something else. Carefully sprinkle the bourbon vanilla sugar over the fried eggs as salt and pepper. Wash the strawberries and mix them with the gelling sugar according to the package instructions, then transfer them to a sauce boat. The dessert can be served immediately or kept in the refrigerator. Don’t leave it for too long, as the fried eggs can’t be covered, otherwise they might absorb the refrigerator smell. This dessert is also perfect as a party dessert or as a bowl dessert. Line the bottom of the bowl with the apricot halves (here, the whole can), pour the cream over them, and finish with the strawberry sauce.
