Light Food: Fennel – Steamed Zucchini

The perfect light food: fennel – steamed zucchini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Fennel bulbs
  • 1 small Zucchini
  • 1 medium sized Onion
  • 1 medium sized Rapeseed oil
  • 1 medium sized Vegetable salt to season
  • Homemade i.KB
  1. Halve and quarter the fennel bulbs and cut out the inside of the stalk. Then slice the fennel.
  2. Wash the zucchini and then cut into small pieces.
  3. Put some oil in a pan, cut the onion into small pieces and sauté. Add the fennel, stir everything well.
  4. Now add the finely chopped zucchi and the vegetable salt, swirl everything well – done!
