Light Food: Fennel – Steamed Zucchini

- 2 piece Fennel bulbs
- 1 small Zucchini
- 1 medium sized Onion
- 1 medium sized Rapeseed oil
- 1 medium sized Vegetable salt to season
- Homemade i.KB
- Halve and quarter the fennel bulbs and cut out the inside of the stalk. Then slice the fennel.
- Wash the zucchini and then cut into small pieces.
- Put some oil in a pan, cut the onion into small pieces and sauté. Add the fennel, stir everything well.
- Now add the finely chopped zucchi and the vegetable salt, swirl everything well – done!
