Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g almonds
  • 30 g dark chocolate
  • 30 g milk chocolate
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice
  • 7 tbsp powdered sugar

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

For the snow almonds, preheat the oven to 160°C (top/bottom heat). Spread the almonds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roast in the oven for 10 minutes. Then let them cool completely. Melt the two types of chocolate in a water bath. Then stir in the gingerbread spice. Finally, add the cooled almonds and mix well. Pour the powdered sugar into a large container with a lid. Add the chocolate-coated almonds, close the lid, and shake well. Then place the snow almonds on a baking sheet and let them dry.
