Roasted almonds from the air fryer

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g almonds, whole
  • 70 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

In a bowl, combine the almonds with the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon powder, and water. Pour the mixture into an air fryer lined with baking paper and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes at 200°C, stirring every 2-3 minutes. Then let it cool slightly and enjoy!
