Ingredients

slice:

  • 1 Pc. Lemon
  • 3 Pc. Kumquat fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 liter Boiling water

Instructions

  • Wash the peppermint and put it in a tea vessel
  • Slice the lemon and kumquats and add to the mint.
  • Pour hot water over it, stir in sugar. I like to let it steep for 1 day because I love it as an iced tea. Then of course it has to be in the refrigerator after seven. The tea can also be drunk hot.
