Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 orange(s), (the juice)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 shallot(s)
- Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions

super tasty with field or other green salad
Squeeze the orange and pour the juice into a shaker. Dice the shallot and add it to the orange juice along with the oil and white balsamic vinegar. Add fresh pepper to taste and shake well! Tastes wonderful on any green salad, especially lamb’s lettuce. For an even fruitier twist, add some orange segments to the salad.
