Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g asparagus
- Salt
- Sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp mustard
- 3 tbsp oil
- ½ bunch chives
- 1 onion(s)
- Salt
- pepper

delicious during asparagus season
Peel the asparagus, leaving it whole, and cook it in water with salt and a little sugar. Reserve 1/8 liter of the asparagus stock and mix it with all the marinade ingredients, then season to taste. Place the cooked asparagus in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let the marinated asparagus marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve with fresh bread and, if desired, a ham platter with raw and cooked ham.
