Fruity paprika turkey fillet à la minute

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized turkey schnitzel
  • 150 g corn
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 onion(s), white
  • 1 tsp, heaped tomato paste
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • 1 sprig(s) celery greens
  • some butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean the vegetables. Peel the orange and cut it into segments. Melt the butter in a large pan. Fry the finely chopped onions. Then gradually add the other ingredients, except the tomato paste and herbs. Add the tomato paste and 2 tablespoons of water and stir until creamy. Season everything with salt and pepper to taste. Add the celery. Add the rosemary whole and remove it after about 10-15 minutes. Let everything simmer on low heat. In the meantime, fry the turkey schnitzels for about 1 minute on each side.
