Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 110 g apricot(s), dried
- 50 g almonds, sliced
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 10 g desiccated coconut
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp water
- n. B. Desiccated coconut for rolling
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Healthy snack
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or food processor for 5 minutes. Form the resulting mixture into balls and roll in desiccated coconut. The power balls are ready to eat.
