  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 20 g oat flakes
  • 15 g flaxseed
  • 100 g berries, frozen, mix
  • 20 g protein powder, e.g. vanilla flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Put all ingredients in a bowl, add a little water if needed and mix.
