Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 ml juice of your choice
  • n. B. Sweetener
  • possibly ice cubes
  • possibly berries
  • possibly fruit of your choice, soft

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

without powder!

Purée the low-fat quark with a hand blender, gradually adding the juice (orange, grapefruit, cherry, pineapple, etc.) until the desired consistency is reached (more creamy with less juice, or more liquid with more juice). Sweeten to taste. Serve over ice, if desired. You can also purée fresh berries or other soft fruits.
