Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 25 g sugar
- 100 g whipped cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp mango juice
- 150 g mango(s), diced, fresh or frozen
- 75 g blackberries
Instructions

Mix the quark with 20 g of sugar, lemon juice, and mango nectar. Whip the cream with 5 g of sugar until stiff and fold in. Finally, fold in the mango cubes and blackberries. Pour the quark into dessert glasses and decorate as desired.
