Ingredients
for the dressing:
- 4 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Water from the pickles
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 6 tbsp Water
- 1 Pc. Onion, quartered
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard or sweet mustard
- 1 Msp Honey
- Salt pepper
Also:
- 10 Pc. Pickles
- 300 g Ham sausage
- 150 g Gouda cheese
- 1 Pc. Apple
- 1 Pc. Chives
- 1 Can Corn
Instructions
- Put the ingredients for the dressing in the mixing bowl and stir on level 5 for 5 seconds.
- Cut the sausage and cheese into large pieces. Quarter and core the apple. Put in the mixing bowl with the pickles. Coarsely chop on level 5 for approx. 3 - max. 4 seconds. Briefly stir in the drained corn and chopped chives on the mixer. Season to taste and, if necessary, add a little more seasoning.
