Ingredients
- 6 Merguez
- 250 g Cheese (any)
- 6 tablespoon Pomegranate seeds
- 300 g Corn can
- 2 Mini peppers
- 5 Cherry tomatoes on the vine
- Onion rings blue
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 piece Chilli red
- 1 teaspoon Freshly chopped thyme
- 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
- Salt and pepper
- Dressing
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 0,5 tablespoon Balsamic fig
- 1 tablespoon Mascarpone
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Paprika powder
Instructions
- Fry the sausages and cut them into slices. Dice the cheese. Cut the peppers into rings and the tomatoes into slices. Chop the chilli. Mix these ingredients with the pomegranate seeds, corn, thyme, paprika powder, garlic and the onion rings. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

- Beat the ingredients for the dressing with a whisk.
salad
- Pour the dressing over the salad. Flatbread goes well with the salad.
