Spread / Dip with Dates and Fresh Goat Cheese

- 0,5 Pc. Red peppers
- 100 g Pitted Medjoul dates
- 2 Pc. Spring onions
- 200 g Goat cream cheese
- Salt
- 1 shot Milk or mineral water
- Remove the kernels from the peppers and chop together with the dates and spring onions in a mixing bowl for 6 seconds on speed 8.
- Stir in goat cream cheese, milk / mineral water and salt on setting 4/10 seconds. As an alternative, you can also use normal cream cheese and of course the preparation also works with a normal mixer.
