Fruity Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
 

dressing

  • 100 g Smoked prawns
  • 3 Handful Mixed salad
  • 2 Cherry tomatoes
  • Red peppers
  • 2 tablespoon Blueberries fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Onion rings blue
  • Chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Liquid cream
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Kirsch
  • 1 piece Chopped chilli
  • 1 Garlic clove chopped
  • 2 Pinches Brown sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 3 tablespoon Clementine juice

Instructions

  • Wash the peppers, clean them and cut into thin strips. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Cut the peeled onions into thin rings.
  • Place these ingredients on a plate with the blueberries.

dressing

  • Beat the cream with a whisk until frothy and gradually add the kirsch, olive oil and clementine juice. Add the chopped garlic and the chopped chilli with the sugar and salt. Season to taste with colored pepper.

  • Pour the dressing over the salad with a little parsley.
