Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 250 g yogurt, mild, low-fat (organic)
  • 4 tbsp jam (sea buckthorn – orange – jam) from the health food store
  • 2 leaves peppermint, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the bananas, place them in a tall bowl, and blend them with a hand blender until creamy. Add the sea buckthorn and orange marmalade and continue blending. Then add the yogurt and blend again. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with the mint leaves.
