Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g fat
- 160 g sugar
- 5 eggs (separated, beaten egg whites)
- 150 g chocolate, grated
- 120 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 125 g nuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the fat, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks, flour, and baking powder, then stir in the chocolate and nuts. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Bake the whole thing in the oven at 150°C for 60-90 minutes – use a toothpick to test. If you increase the temperature, the cake will burn very quickly and won’t be cooked on the inside.
