Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ kg potatoes
- 1 cucumber(s), thinly sliced
- 2 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
- 200 g ham, cooked, cut into cubes
- 125 ml broth, hot
- Yogurt salad cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 20 minutes
Boil and peel the potatoes the day before. The next day, cut the potatoes into chunks, pour the hot broth over them, and mix. Then add the thinly sliced radishes, cucumber, and diced cooked ham. Season to taste and mix in the yogurt salad dressing.
