Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slice(s) of toast, or bread of your choice
- 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
- 4 eggs
- some salt and pepper
- 15 g butter
- 1 tbsp chives, fresh, cut into rolls
- 200 g radishes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the ham into strips. Beat the eggs until frothy and season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a nonstick pan and add the eggs, ham, and chives. Stir gently over low to medium heat and cover with a lid to allow the mixture to set nicely. Meanwhile, slice the radishes. Toast the bread and place on warmed plates. Place the set egg on top and serve garnished with radishes.
