Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Dip for parties and barbecues

Finely chop the parsley, chives, and dill and set aside. Press the garlic and mix well with the cream cheese, tomato paste, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and stir in the herbs. Let the spread sit for about an hour. It tastes delicious on bread and with grilled food.
