Garlic cheese bread

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large garlic clove(s)
  • 50 g butter, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley, flat, chopped
  • 1 pinch(s) thyme, chopped
  • 200 g baguette(s) (approx. 50 cm long)
  • 50 g cheese (Gouda), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Crush the garlic cloves and mix with the butter and oil. Add the lemon juice, parsley, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the butter on a baguette, cut in half lengthwise. Sprinkle with Gouda cheese and bake under the preheated grill until golden brown.
