Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 kg pork (pork neck)
- 1 kg salt
- 100 g mustard, medium hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the salt evenly on it. Brush the meat with mustard (on all sides) and place it on the salt. Set the oven to 150–170°C (convection oven) (do not preheat) and place the meat in the oven. Cook for approximately 1 hour (do not turn). Allow approximately 1 hour per kg of meat.
