Garlic-chili barbecue sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bulb(s) garlic
  • 1 chili pepper(s), hot, possibly dried
  • 1 cube of soup
  • Water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the garlic and finely chop it. In a small saucepan, add the garlic, chili pepper, water, and stock cubes and bring to a boil. (Conserve water!) Simmer for about 5 minutes (adding a little water every now and then to prevent it from burning). Once the garlic has softened, transfer everything to a tall container and blend with a hand blender. If necessary, strain everything through a sieve, stir in the olive oil, and the barbecue sauce is ready. Caution! The sauce is spicy!
