Spicy mustard sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 125 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chives, in rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the eggs. Puree the yolks with the mustard. Finely chop the egg whites. Whisk the egg mixture with the other ingredients until smooth, then stir in the diced eggs and chives. Season to taste (the mustard and soy sauce add plenty of flavor). Delicious with fondue and grilled food.
