- 200 g cream cheese
- 180 g low-fat margarine
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- some mustard

Whisk the margarine until fluffy. Stir in the cream cheese. Finely dice the onion and stir in. Season the cream with mustard, salt, and pepper to taste. This dip is perfect with raclette or fondue, or simply on white bread.
