Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 2 cm ginger
- 1 chili pepper(s), green
- 4 broccoli florets, frozen
- 2 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 tbsp flaxseed, brown
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 1 tsp honey
- 375 ml carrot juice
- 500 ml orange juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Peel the kiwi and ginger and chop them finely. Place all ingredients in a blender and add the juices. If you don’t like it too spicy, you can deseed the chili pepper beforehand or omit it altogether. Other juices are also suitable as an alternative to orange juice, depending on your taste, such as multifruit, pineapple, mango, or a combination of different juices.
