Garlic cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • n. B. garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the 3 cups of sour cream with the sugar and salt until creamy. Peel the garlic (I used 5 cloves and garlic powder), finely chop or press it, and fold it into the cream. And the garlic cream is ready. It’s best to make it the day before, as this allows the garlic to infuse properly. It’s delicious and perfect with baguette and as a dip for barbecues. You can also vary it with herbs, such as oregano or basil. Warning: the next day, you’ll want to avoid your loved ones!
