Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta
- 250 g Parma ham
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 bunch basil, fresh
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan

Pasta with raw ham and cream cheese
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Heat a frying pan until very hot. Tear the ham into strips and fry in the hot pan. Add the finely chopped onion and garlic and fry. Reduce the heat to low. Add 100g of cream cheese to the pan and let it melt slowly. Season with salt and pepper. Add about 4 tablespoons of the pasta water to the sauce and mix until creamy. Tear 1 bunch of fresh basil into small pieces and add to the sauce. Drain the pasta, add it to the sauce and stir well. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese when serving.
