Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 200 g sour cream
- ½ tsp dill
- 5 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes
for grilling, on crackers or for vegetables
Crush the garlic and add it to a bowl or dish along with the other ingredients. Mix well. If you prefer smaller pieces in the dip, you can also finely chop the garlic. The dip tastes good freshly made, but the longer you let it stand, the more intense the flavor becomes. The next day, the dip will be nice and spicy thanks to the garlic.
