Garlic-dill sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml yogurt (skimmed milk yogurt)
  • 500 ml sour cream
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 1 bag of Gouda, grated or 1 whole piece
  • ½ pack of frozen dill, more as needed
  • n. B. garlic
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Mix the skimmed milk yogurt and sour cream. Then add garlic, if desired, along with the dill and season with a little salt. Dice the cooked ham and add it to the bowl, along with the grated Gouda. The longer the sauce sits, the better the flavor becomes! I usually make it two hours before eating it. That’s it. It tastes great with pasta, but also with fondue and even fish. The recipe is a bit free-form, so you’ll just have to experiment to see how much you need.
