Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 25 g garlic, peeled and weighed
- 20 g parsley, fresh
- 300 g Greek yogurt, 10%
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 50 g tomato ketchup
- 20 g Dijon mustard
- 10 g paprika powder, smoked, mild
- 1 tbsp, heaped oregano, dried
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper, freshly ground

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Quickly prepared and delicious
Press the garlic into a bowl. Wash the parsley, pat it dry, and finely chop it. Add it to the bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Season to taste and add a little more salt and pepper if desired. The dip should sit for at least 1 hour. However, it can also be refrigerated overnight. A delicious dip that goes well with barbecues, flatbread, baguette, or vegetable sticks.
