Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of sour milk
- 1 pack of herb cream cheese
- 4 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- Herbs (8 herb mixture)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes
with curdled milk and cream cheese, similar to tzatziki
Let the curds drain well for at least 4 hours. Press the garlic through a garlic press, mix all ingredients together, and let them sit in the refrigerator for a few more hours.
