Garlic dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 5 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 5 minutes

Hungarian

Mix together the sour cream, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir in enough ketchup to give the dip a light pink hue. Press the garlic into the dip, but don’t mince it! Let it sit for a few hours. I usually make the dip at lunch if we’re planning a barbecue in the evening.
