Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 sprig of oregano
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the oregano leaves and chop finely. Peel the garlic and press it into a small bowl. Add the sour cream, milk, and oregano and stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Let the dip sit in the refrigerator for a few more minutes.
