Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 175 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300 g flour
- 1 pack of candy(s) (Smarties, large roll or 10 packs of mini Smarties)
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- Cake icing (chocolate glaze) or powdered sugar
- 12 paper baking cups
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cream the butter with sugar, salt, and eggs until fluffy. Combine the cocoa, flour, and baking powder and add to the foam mixture alternately with the milk. Stir either quartered large Smarties or whole small Smarties into the batter. Leave a few for decoration if desired. Pour the batter into the baking molds and bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool, and decorate either with powdered sugar alone or with chocolate glaze and the remaining Smarties.
