Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 9 tbsp flour
  • 9 tbsp sugar
  • 9 tbsp oil
  • 4 eggs, size M
  • ¾ pack of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

very simple, without scales and without mixer

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a fork. Pour into prepared muffin cups (fill no more than halfway, as they rise VERY much!). Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F) top/bottom heat. Makes about 20 muffins. Variations: Add flavorings to taste, e.g., cocoa, lemon zest, orange zest, vanilla, nuts, etc.
