Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g cream cheese, natural
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • some salt and pepper
  • possibly chives, fresh
  • possibly parsley, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Beat the cream cheese until creamy. Then add the sour cream and beat with a hand mixer on low speed for about a minute. Then add the minced garlic, add a little salt and pepper, and beat with a hand mixer on low speed for another half a minute. If desired, add chopped chives or parsley (I recommend half a handful of each). Then beat again. After preparing the dip, refrigerate for another half hour.
