Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 200 g sour cream
- ½ m.-sized cucumber(s), diced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely diced
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely diced
- 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
- 2 medium-sized gherkins, diced
- ½ bunch leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp, heaped basil leaves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp, levelled powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp white pepper, finely ground
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Sprinkle the cucumber cubes with salt and let them drain for about an hour. Discard the liquid. Mix all ingredients evenly in a bowl. The dip should then be refrigerated for about an hour. This allows the flavors of the individual components to develop and the salt from the cucumbers to be absorbed into the dip. If necessary, add a little more salt before serving. This dip tastes wonderful with any kind of meat or raw vegetable sticks.
