Garlic – Herb – Butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 pack of herbs (8-herb mix, frozen)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, or more
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Place the room-temperature butter in a bowl. Then add salt, pepper, finely chopped or crushed garlic, and the frozen herbs. Let stand for a while, and when the herbs have thawed, stir everything together. Now transfer to the serving dish, garnished with any garnishes, and refrigerate for at least another hour.
