Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 lime(s)
- 1 red chili pepper(s), roughly chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 2 sprig(s) rosemary, coarsely chopped
- 2 sprig(s) thyme, coarsely chopped
- ½ bunch basil, roughly chopped
- 250 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Rinse the lime with hot water. Grate the zest or roughly chop it, then juice it. Mix the herbs, chili pepper, garlic, and all other ingredients with mustard and olive oil. Marinate the cutlet meat in this marinade for at least 4-6 hours, then grill.
