Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 100 g butter
- e.g. milk
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel the potatoes and boil until soft. Drain and mash (mash and press). Mix with milk (amount depending on the desired consistency), butter, sour cream, garlic, and spices, and season to taste. Tip: Add a dash of cream for an extra creamy mashed potato.
