Garlic noodle salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spiral pasta)
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • herb(s), (garden herbs)
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pasta in broth. Crush the garlic and mix it with the vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the herbs. Stir in the drained pasta and let it sit for a while, preferably overnight.
