Garlic potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g potato(s), sliced
  • ½ bulb(s) garlic
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the potatoes, slice them thinly, and place a layer in the baking dish. Layer garlic slices on top, to taste. Alternate layers, then top with potatoes. Season the cream with salt and pepper and pour over the potatoes until everything is covered. Preheat the oven to 180°C and cook for about 1 hour. When the cream is nicely browned and the potatoes aren’t yet cooked, simply lower the heat. Pork chops are delicious with this dish.
