Garlic potatoes from the oven

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1,000 g potatoes, unpeeled, waxy
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • ½ tbsp paprika powder, hot
  • 5 cloves garlic, squeezed or finely chopped
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

delicious, simple

Peel the potatoes and quarter them into equal-sized pieces. Place them in a large bowl. Add everything except the salt and let it sit for about 1 hour. Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 20 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and season with salt.
