Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream cheese with herbs (Tresana herbs)
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp, leveled vegetable broth, instant
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

delicious!

Mix together the Tresana cream cheese spread and crème fraîche. Peel and mince the garlic. Stir in the instant broth and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate and let it infuse. Season again before serving. Tip: I always prepare the sauce the night before or the next morning so it’s well-infused.
