Garlic Sauce

The perfect garlic sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 small Sweet red peppers fresh
  • 1 a cup Yogurt 3.5%
  • 0,5 a cup Sour cream 10% fat
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Mint fresh
  • Chives fresh
  • Finely chopped coriander
  • Chilli to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 size Garlic clove crushed
  1. Cut the bell pepper into fine cubes.
  2. Mix the yogurt, sour cream, honey, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Finely chop the mint leaves, coriander greens and chives and also add to the bowl.
  4. Halve the chilli pepper, remove the stones and the white membrane. Then finely dice the two chilli halves and add them to the bowl. Stir everything again.
  5. Let the sauce soak for an hour.
