Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sour cream
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • citric acid

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Press the garlic cloves into the sour cream. Mix well and season with salt, pepper, sugar, and citric acid. It makes a great dip for vegetables, boiled potatoes, bread, or grilled meat.
